Thank you both....I think its me just wanting to feel human again. At the moment even simple tasks take massive amounts of energy and I just want to be able to do things without giving myself a massive talking to first as that in itself feels energy sucking and exhausting. I too am wary of increasing doses but gp and I agreed from the start that we would try a very low dose and go up in increments which is what we've done. Most people start on a higher dose than I was but I just wanted enough to feel vaguely normal and just dont feel im there yet...Thank you for the concern and compliments though. I do think I am doing ok in the circumstances (a number of friends have said they would be hospitalised by now) but just feel sucked dry of everything IYKWIM! As for generally I do believe that God has a plan...imagine if I'd been working with mum being so poorly - would have been an absolute nightmare so am just trying to sit back and see what happens rather than worry about it! Just not very good at not being in the know and in control but maybe that was the lesson all along lol!

well another day, another letter from w*** with new dates on it...didnt manage to see if union guy has been asked if he can attend so unsure at this stage whether he can so will find out tomorrow. As always feel very panicky getting it but this will diminishs. Thank God for prescribed medication! Not much to report otherwise; allotment is coming on; money is as dire as always and life just continues to plod, somewhat aimlessly, waiting for a conclusion so that one way or another I can plan for my future. One day eh!
