Thanks...keep em coming! Going to the hospital now...mum may be discharged today which would be good..fingers crossed. Having probs with my neighbor again and have just about had enough...lodger has had probs with phone connection and cant work at home until she has the broadband ...W*** stuff looming and neighbor is just about last straw...Wondering what else can go wrong!!

what a day! Lodger is no longer sleeping here and will move stuff out over next few weeks...will use room as an office until broadband working - dont know what else I could do! Mum is out of hospital but will have to go very slowly for a while...I get my car back tomorrow which will be nice - the one they gave me while its being fixed has tank like steering.

Glad mum is out of hospital...she'll probably recover quicker with you looking after her.

Evening all...well mum here and improving but still nasty cough and very weak but slowly slowly; thankfully she realises that she has to rest even though she finds it hard!
Had to go to w*** and will have to again next week so mixed feelings there - at least one way or another I can move on.
Cat has already adopted her and is sitting on her lap happily!! Got some puzzles for her and a board from a friend so she can sit happily puzzling with cats "help"...thankfully it on a sticky board so less likely that madam will nick pieces!!
Feeling ok; money in a mess as moving accounts but doing ok with spending - as in not!

morning all...well taken mum to go this am to check how pneumonia is as she still is quite wheezy and it was worrying her...she ok and its just residual effects of pneumonia - no infection thankfully.
While there got a phone call from work rep and highly unlikely that sitauation will be resolved any time soon for a couple of reasons...beggars belief! So will be on hold for a while longer...

Glad to hear Mum is getting bettter but sorry to hear that the other situation isn't resolved yet.

Just a wee update from ISOM land.... No news on the w*** front..9 months plus now and its hard to express the impact other than to say the uncertainty is wearing, as is the fact that I cant plan anything until its sorted...a nightmare of epic proportion really. Taxi may understand as had a wait for test results - its the waiting thats hard cos at least when you know (regardless of outcome), can deal with "it" (whatever it may be0 and move on...not comparing this to having cancer - just that the waiting is horrendous and after 9 months its taking its toll...
Had a lovely day yesterday with a friend, her toddler (who is edibly gorgeous!!) and mum...nothing expensive - just a trip to pick up driftwood, long walk and yummy foood in her camper van!
Went to ww this week...huge i am but gotta start somewhere lol!! just had lunch but still hungry! couscous and veg didnt quite hit the spot lol!!

9 months is a long time to be waiting.I seriously hope it's sorted soon.Yesterday sounded like a nice day.
