I'm making your brownies at this very moment but i think my cooker runs hotter than it says it is as the top is a little singed and the inside is moving like it's still a liquid. mmmmm really should get an oven thermometer to check it out, as it often does this to cakes. I'm also a little worried about the tray as i don't think it's a proper brownie tin. Thank you for the recipe, it certainly smells yummy.0 -

oh heck ISOM they're very dark on top and i just can't get the middle to cook..... what have i done wrong? How long is safe to cook them before they go all horrible and dry?0

duh, have now figured out why my brownies haven't cooked properly - i forgot to write down the flour bit, what a fool and what a waste of ingredients! i am so bloomin stupid! I am now left with a very gooey mixture, i wonder if i can call it something else and 'rescue' it.0

at last, sommat to report! I have a lodger! Due to move in early Jan and if job delayed to end Jan she'll pay two weeks rent as compromise so am happy with that! Works well so mum can have the room over Christmas and will be more relaxing! Liked puss cat and seemed lovely so am chuffed! Got cracking headache (sinuses again) so time for more tabs and a chill and early night...
Pay day again and another month of mins but some extra into isa which is looking ok in the circumstances. Some work to pay for in fixing the front step etc so that put me behind do feel encouraged to do storecup challenge again as also have to defrost freezer so that I can fix it from prev lodgers damage...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
