  • Choc brownie recipe (definately NOT fat free!!)
    8oz butter (melted and cooled)
    13oz sugar
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    4oz plain flour
    4 eggs
    3oz cocoa
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1'2 tsp salt

Melt butter and cool (or it will cook the egg!!) and then add rest of intredients (I did butter, sugar, eggs and then the rest) Bung in a square brownie tin and cook @ 180 for 40 mins.

  • honestly it is easy! All you do it knit and when you have t knit tw togeather instead of picking up one stitch you pick up two...as fr yarn over all that is is putting the yarn as if to perl but you then knit which creates another stitch - replacing the one you just knittet as two in one and that creates the hole! It is so easy once you get into it you dont even need to look at pattern...I'm using a cotton/silk mix and its coming out really well!
RS hope you wipe the dribble up!! They are yummy though, dead easy and impressive although not good for cholesterol sufferers!!
