Not much to report - got paint to do room then realised I could get almost 10 off with the 15% so will take it back and do room next week (going to paint lodgers room)...was feeing energetic but have nasty girlie pains so going to sleep, knit and chill for rest of day...with my pain killers and hot water bottle!!

hi, i've done that before, returned things and bought them back at the offer price.
hope the hot water bottle helps, think i may be heading to bed soon to try and sleep off my cold. Haven't slept for two days so i really need it.

Definitely good thinking Batman on the paint front ISOM! I'm glad you had a good curl up for TOTM. I quite look forward to mine sometimes cos it's guilt free loafing time! (and hubby always buys me choccy!)

I am in awe of the knitting. My nan spent years trying to teach me. I can do bogstandard knitting - and have a stripey scarf I made using up odds and ends but that's my limit - and my tension is all over the place!

Off to have a quick zoom round the boards before plodding off to Mr Ts.

Good to see you are still keeping busy. Hope TTOM has passed always annoying. Had the hormones playing up last week and the pain at the weekend . Ate far too much comfort food so no joy on weight loss either Oh well needs must!!

no totm last month so its making up for it big time! thnk goodness for pain killers! Just back from little boy #2 who refused to sleep in cot and was so upset he threw up so I had to clean sick up...eugh! Dentist tomorrow am. Took paint back and have a helper to do a feature wall of wallaper and hes bringing tools! hurrah! Also have the fire brigade comng tomorrow to fit fire alarms!

as if lt!! Plan for doing much scuppered as paint voucher doesent start till tomorrow!! Bah!So it will be dentist then housework and some cake making...and bedding in. Its freezing here!! Time for the thermals me thinks!
