Shame it was such a short lived lodger. Goes like that sometimes when people rent just a room, tend to be more transient sometimes, but sounds like it was the best thing, better luck next time0

Fairly busy day and challenging "session". Lodger wanted to do a goodbye meal and if nothing else it confirmed that moving is the right thing...she moves tomorrow and has paid her rent up to date so all done...I'll be out most of the day so will leave her to it....just going back to knitting and switching off...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Well had confirmation that meeting changed to 4th Nov but all can attend...so at least a start. Did some babysitting and one of my couples gave me a pay rise which has touched me beyond belief....despite it all most people (bar 1) have been just amazingly lovely and I cant express how much it has meant.
Lodger not moved all out but says she will tomorrow (please pray she does - patience all but gone and I just want it done)...going to chill a bit and knit my tea cosy!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -

Telly can be addictive at times, we are all creatures of habits and can easily fill our time with other things. I often feel busier when i am off than when i am in work too..plus i get addicted to ITV3 for all the old crime thrillers.
Good news re lodger and also meeting, fingers crossed for a good resolution there. xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Yukky rainy day here but amnow in for rest of the day. Plumber on his way and mentor coing later so a cake may be in order..plus I need to make one for chariyt knit on Sat! Didnt sleep well last nigh - nightmares again and woke every couple of hours plus think I may be allergic to the lidl loo paper which is a bummer (pun intended) as I have about 20 rolls of it! Just got some with aloe vera...tmi...today will be spent snuggled and as special treat with heating intermittently!! Found out that neighbor over the road died...dont feel as sad as I should but possibly too much going on emotionally.
