Yup, ISWYM, but the main issue is that they kind of already expect you to already have experience in whatever form you choose to show that you are a 'serious' contender. I think I need to focus on that in the meantime. Rumour has is that 10,000 people have applied for jobs at the BBC near here already since they advertised the move.
In the meantime, I looked on a few job websites last night. It's quite confusing what to apply for as there are some random jobs out there! And nothing that really caught my eye. I would potentially consider relocating, but I need more money to set myself up before I can do that. In the meantime, I need to look for other things to get me out of where I am at the minute.
Onwards and upwards...
Spent £2 at work today on chocolate and coke.I need to knock that on the head as well.

These job websites, I'm always looking myself, but the technical jargon, political correctness and specialist terminology makes me laugh...because my CV is full of descriptive blah blah balderdash and we're all playing a game really.
Just wish someone would say what they mean.
10,000 ! Amazing, but then someone has to get it.
Lets not talk chocolate I have been very very bad on the sweetie grazing front recently.DC.

Ditto! Why is 'honest, hard-working, intelligent, creative, willing to learn quickly and prepared to do whatever it takes (short of murder) to get the job done' not good enough any more?

Had a NSD yesterday.
Have just seen that there are free listings day on Sat and Sun on Ebay, so I'm going to list of there as much as I can. That's all my spare time between now and then taken up, then. (Not that there's much - I'm working 9 hours today and Friday and 8 tomorrow.)
Am working at 1, so must get a wiggle on as I have to go collect my reading glasses beforehand. *Insert four-eyed smiley here*
See you all later! Please call me 'Pickle'

There's only Little Miss Sunshine to squish me at the minute.
Sorry to hear that you couldn't sleep. I woke up cos the TV was on at something past two and that was it. Have stayed in bed late to try to recoup some sleep as I'm working 1-10 and won't be in bed until late, but am now awake and had better make myself vaguely 'with it'. Alas, this has totally cut into Ebay Turbolisting time.
Ah well...another day, another dollar. And a hung parliament. Ladies and gentlemen, things just got interesting! Please call me 'Pickle'
