Pickle - might be worth adding a slight surplus to entertainment every month for those just in case drinks/dinners/coffees etc - then if you dont use it it can roll over to next...just a thought!0

Very good idea Becky: I will have to do it next month. I just need to make sure I treat is as emergency money, not as part of my socialising budget as I'm quite sure that I could easily find something to do with it!

OK, so am now the other side of last night and it was fun and not too expensive. I spent about £21.50, which is pretty good. I had budgeted about £25 for the night, so I'm slightly under. I can put the rest toward Sunday.
On other related news, I can't find my cashcard. It's one way to stop spending, I guess! :rotfl:

Alas, no. I was at work flogging my shop's wares to the unsuspecting public. I've just got back and am about to have dinner, possibly followed up by a smidgen of studying (or maybe red wine - yum - but mainly studying). That's how guilty I feel!
