  • Awww thanks Pickle. To me though, it is a bit embarrassing. I know that sounds silly, but clearing over £20k (those were just the major 3 in my sig) in 12 months was going to be a huge task as it was, and I almost feel bad for doing it quicker than I'd planned.

I know that probably doesn't make any sense to anyone but me..

Hmm...methinks Lee has to praise himself more else Pickle will start to think that he has self-esteem issues! (Or is just very, very English! ;)). Stop being so bashful and be proud that you manage to do, what you rightly said, was a huge task! If you don't praise yourself for the good things you do in life, you can never take pride in anything.

So go on there, give yourself a pat on the back! ;)

  • There's a fine line between taking pride, and boasting. I tend to be quietly proud of my achievements. :) But thank you anyway!

I just seem to be shoving it off my CC (which is good because it reduces the amount of debt I'm in), but I'm half wondering if I shouldn't get some savings again for...oh well, no point of thinking of anything else no matter how tempting as it's not going to happen in the near future.

True! Still, I need some rainy-day money as well. (OK, fair enough, it's more pipe-dream money at the minute!)

Forgot to say I've also ferreted £20 away in my savings account to go towards a course I want to do next month. Rest of course fees will come out of month after's wages.

I've won another £5 today on BB. I still have one batch of tickets left to go, so I may well win again (unlikely, and I'll be happy even if I don't), but just to make life easier I haven't transferred the cash in case I do as you can only make 1 withdrawal in 24 hours.

Bingo gods, I worship thee! ;)

Pickle, do you need to have £20 to withdraw from BB, or did I misread that? Is it true that you can't play with your free fivers until you withdraw £20 after each win? If so, do you have to pay in the difference to withdraw the £20??

Sorry for all the questions, but I've read a mixed bag of comments on BB.
