I'm wearing a coat to work I have had for 17 years, the pockets have holes which just can't be stiched back together again, so I have to put my keys in a glove to stop them falling out

Radish, dont feel ashamed. Please! If it helps my coat used to be my mums when my sister and I were in our twenties! Im 46 this year! Its warm and serves its purpose. Your coat is obviously v well loved!

Thank you PAF, its very warm and I did get it when I was 21, I must love it as when it has its summer wash I worry it wont make it out of the washing machine in one piece

That's right, Radish: don't offend your other coats in case they decide to get themselves 'lost' the next time you wear them out and take them off.

Right, today has been pretty good: music lesson this morning (I keep being late - teacher is going to kill me one day, but she's really nice and never seems to mind, but I would, secretly), lesson ran over slightly so I was late for work as getting back was a nightmare, was in work, came home to get delivery of a book I ordered off Amazon (I ordered 2! ), been doing stuff and a bit of music. Need to go to bed to wake up early to wash my hair and go to that taster day I'm down for, then work in the afternoon until 10pm.

I'm happy with music: I feel that I'm finally getting somewhere.

What a busy time! :eek:

Um, sorry, know I keep referring to it, but it's not a very usual one and I think it will help identify me a bit too much in real life, so I daren't say. (It's only small, if you knew I think you'd be underwhelmed.)

TMI alert - I threw out some knickers I have owned for 10 years, DH noticed them in the bag and said it was like I was throwing out our history!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
