Hmmm, a bargain?? so my unworn cowboy boots from the half price charity shop sale at the vast sum of £1 beat your bargain (nah, nah, na na nah :))

If you are doing massage and require a volunteer for a case study, please consider me ... swedish or sports, I don't mind.

Methinks I need to explore my grand plan of a complementary therapy and craft emporium in Cheshire ... are you interested dear Pickle??? (I definitely need someone to do massage and nails (but not at the same time ;) )

    NL x

p.s. And if you have time, can you have a think as to what your ideal job would be? I think you are wasted in shoes!!!

Dunno. Nor sure if I've pulled some muscles, or if it even is muscular...it's not dead painful, but really niggly. It's been there for a week or so, but it's not the first time I've had it. Hmm...

Anyway, never mind me whingeing about a bit of arm ache, how are you feeling? How is the old back ;)

I might need some [STRIKE]victims[/STRIKE] case studies later in the course, but I don't know what the criteria is at the minute as it's too early, but I'll definitely keep you in mind NL. (Cos it's sports they might want specific conditions/injuries I'm not sure, but I'll let you know.)

Sounds good to me. :) Although I would need some more practice on the old nails as I haven't done any for a good while. :o

I know I am...although in another life I would be tempted to go back to uni and do a degree in podiatry to sort out all the poorly feet I see! To be fair, I'm trying to get work experience in what I want to go into, but it's a nightmare as they nearly all want you to be signed up to a diploma course which costs just inder £4K, and I'm not (yet) signed up to it. And I don't want to fork out that kind of money unless I try it properly and decide that it is EXACTLY what I want to do, especially given that it's money I don't have!

    *Breathes deeply*

Right, better get on with it, then. ;)

    *Slopes in to confess*

I've been a very naughty Pickle today. No, I haven't spent any money (a first for quite a while!), but I just haven't done anything with my day. What a wally!

Right, so tonight before bedtime I will:
    1. Print off copy of CV, cover letter and note to people I have been harassing for work experience, but who have been avoiding me.
    2. Print off online book
    3. Practice a little more music
    4. Hole punch all sports stuff into place
    Tomorrow I will:
    1. Shower, wash and style hair
    2. Pluck eyebrows
    3. Drop off CV personally to appropriate place in nice suit
    4. Go to library to pick up/return books
    5. Call beauty salon to arrange a visit
    6. Meet best friend for coffee/swimming cossie shopping (her, not me ;))
    7. Do massage homework
    8. Tidy, hoover and mop bedroom
    9. Ebay one item
    10. Carry on reading book
That should keep me out of trouble.

Prod my bum with the tip of a shoe if I don't get all that done. ;)

Ah ha - If it's sports I know a couple of olympic swimmers and my OH is an ex Northern Counties/Conference League footballer (well actually he still plays but five aside and other stuff when people need a spare goalie).

Sorry, did not mean to rub it in ... I'm sure your boots are FABBY and more trend setting than mine ;)
Nails, well if you need the practice, I can make my toes available (you can't have my fingers due to coffee shop working and reflexology).

Dedicated ... exactly where are you hiding that extra 3 stone??? Do you have ultra heavy bones - or a wish to be a waif or a chimney sweep?

I would have thought that losing 3 stone would move you from cuddly to malnourished (how much is 3 stone as a percentage of your current weight), but it is your body and you need to 'be your own guru' and do what is right for you.
