  • Why not strap some dusters to the pooches feet? That way they can clean up for you while they hurt themselves

I've had a slight change of plan and although its more expensive I think Im going to go with Karndean flooring now, its non slip and easier to wash. Its also very expensive...ooops :)

I wouldnt have laminate with dogs Mon. I have slate tiles in the kitchen and they are not slippery. I previously had laminate before the dogs and it was like ice skating when wet. Really dangerous I would say! (fell on it enough times)

Hi with three cats a hairy dog,a messy parakeet and two children ,laminate is the best thing for my house. We are eventually moving and Im going to opt for real wood floors but not polish them. Also slate through the hall and kitchen.
I could not bear the smell of carpets when dog smells gets into them. The only place I have carpet is the stairs but I have a george washer which is really good.

I found an interesting flooring earlier called "Aqua Step" 100% waterproof as well as anti static and anti slip :)

I emailed and asked for a sample of that as well as the karndean!

    Dont blame you :D

Hopefully Aqua Step will send me a sample and I can compare it to the Karndean. It sounds good but I cant get round the 'pvc' description of it :o
