Dyson Party Clean up Kit - £1 only [CLOSED]

Ive phoned 3 times each time (last time midday today) assured I would recieve both products (ordered TWO) and they were getting them in from Dyson hence delay i specifically asked each time was 1GBP the price "YES" was the answer. The first two calls mthey took my number and called me back when they had investigated and called back within 10 mins confirming both these points.

OK You win some you lose some but I dont like being LIED to.

And they have 2GBP of my money invested for 28 days either that or it has been strapped on to the shell of a snail with a stamp stuck to its head.

Just a thought, if they have cancelled your order your account will be refunded, just checked and my order isnt cancelled so there might be hope yet

I have just got that e mail too,i have sent them a stinky letter complaining about it.I am sure it is against the law what they have done? and then to add insult to injury they say some people have had them and that the rest of us will have to wait 4 weeks for a refund! What a nerve! i told them i want it now.
I hope Martin can look into this on our behalf ,they should not be allowed to just get away with it.:mad:

WHAT A CHEEK! if the item says £1 surely they have to sell it to use for a quid! and why deliever it to some people and not others - not really fair!

It dosnt say that it will take 4 weeks for the refund, but up to 4 weeks for it to appear on your statement. I rang them today and was told they was waiting for stock, i am not to bothered about getting them but at least they have apologised and some people got them.

It's not worth getting into a hoo-haa about. We all know it was a huge misprice, we all knew there was a high chance we wouldn't receive it, lets move on.

I just got the email. Fairplay it was a misprice but it's the holding on to customers money which is wrong.
While they have your dosh, whether it's £1 or £1million, they are earning interest on it.
That's what's immoral. It doesn't take them 4 weeks to debit the money so why so long to credit it?
I hope Martin does get on their case, the cheeky !!!!!!s!!

the email says it takes upto 4 weeks to show on your statement not to repay you.
