You recently ordered a Dyson Party Clean Up Accessory Pack
for 1 GBP from the Tesco.com/Electrical site.
We are very sorry but unfortunately there was a pricing
error on the site, and we are unable to fulfil these orders.
In some instances the products have actually been despatched
and may be received. If this is the case you are welcome to
keep the product and you will be charged at the price at
which you ordered.
If, however, we have cancelled your order your account will
be refunded in due course. Please note that the refund of
1 GBP per unit can take up to 4 weeks to appear on your card
statement.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Me too. As my account is overdrawn and them taking the money is costing me interest, do you think I could have a case for claiming the interest back ;-) ?

Yep, just got that email, but I was under the impression that if they take payment they are obliged to supply it at the advertised price and I have emaled back to them.0

Couple of comments though.
4 weeks for refund, must be sending it on the back of a donkey.
See they are being nice letting you guys keep the ones you received, i'd like to see them try and take them back!0 -

I'm fairly certain Tesco state that they do not take payment until the item is dispatched. In which case, it would seem strange that they say that it could take upto 4 weeks to refund money they are not supposed to have taken (as they have not dispatched the item). Also, it will be hard for them to get out of this if they have taken the money. Also admitting that some orders have been fulfilled is another problem for them, as they admit to selling for that price. I do wish they wouldn't lie like this, as CS has told people that this was not a pricing error.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.
