without even looking i knew it would be a Smiths song!!!

mozzer looks young in that album cover!

    Yup...........I am predictable as ever:rolleyes:

I watched a film last night called 27 Dresses *sigh* I really should stop watching romantic films. Went to give OH a bit of a snog afterwards but he had drool around his mouth and smelled of cockles and lager.

    morning all.

I keep coming online to look at booking my ferry tickets so I can visit my sister and her family in Ireland but I'm not wanting to pay £200 for the priviledge of driving over from Holyhead to Dublin! As it'll be me and Evie going, flying is out of the question (can't push a pram and carry a suitcase) and will need a car seat when we arrive anyway.

I'm also thinking of getting a little netbook thingy - just so I can be downstairs and online at the same time. It is nice having the computer workstation upstairs but I really want to be on MSE and downstairs at the same time.

I managed - twice!!! If your carsear attaches to the pram it counts as one piece and they put it in the hold when you get to the gate. You only need to get from the entrance to the check in desk then from the bag collection to the exit... How long you going for? YOu don't need to pack more than clothes for Evie as you can get nappies etc the other side...

Hey all (and hi Lou - how you doing dude?! Cockles?!)

Have wandered in here because my Bank Holiday is a non-event. 2 out of 3 rugrats are ill (we had to get Tamiflu for one of them over the weekend - which also coincided with youngest's birthday party - nice), so the planned day trip to Brighton has morphed into going to Blockbuster so the children can watch their 100th DVD of the school holidays.

Morning  welcome back Bookie, how's everything going?

I am quite impressed with my efforts so far this morning, have made marrow soup (had a marrow that needed using), and have chicken roasting in the oven.

Really need to do an internet shop now though, cupboards and fridge freezer are quite frighteningly bare!
