More hugs for you this evening Serena, I bet you are emotionally drained, slightly relieved and in need of a rest. I hope you can recharge a little over the weekend, be kind to yourself sweetie xx

I've been looking in the I*** catalogue....we need new units for DS's room. I'll make a list and send DH. I have been back since 'the incident' but I was nervous....daft isn't it!

Wilf - my DS thinks i'm unreasonable about not drawing the football team on his wall. I wouldn't mind....he asked me to draw a surf board and thought i'd drawn a frog!!! I'm so good at art!!!

    Flying
drops in piggies eyes and i'm off to bed after a s/s of bathroom and bedroom xx

Valli - it is Mudbath who you can't say the I*** word to - I went there yesterday.

My DS3 is mini mad too - they announced yesterday that they are making two new models in the UK to be launched in a couple of years.

Youngest 2 fed. Mine and DS1 dinner in the AGA. Cat feed.

Just going to tidy up the kitchen as DS2 needs to read the rules for a tournament tomorrow on here now.

Sorry - knew it was someone...(but what was the incident?)
we have been and I only spent about £10 and we didn't have tea in the restaurant we had hotdogs. M1 cleared up ok...
Like an idiot I left my coupon on the table so didn't get my freebie dish but it's glass...I love glass...I might be tempted to go back as I need a bookcase (aargh) I have to replace my school shelf with something smaller as I keep putting stuff on it...

(and I still haven't used the free candelabra I picked up LAST year LOL)

    Not daft at all.
I regularly walk along the road where I fell last year and always cross at that kerb very carefully.

Mudbath awww bless you, it's understandable that you are nervous about it. We've been trying to get the bits we need for the TV unit we got, just door push opener things and been out of stock, I keep phoning as I don't like going there if I don't have to :o Oh and what a great plan :)
Dusty cashback on Quidco or Topcashback. Ive used them for about 12 years and always been ok with returns, they took back the mattress which started sinking on us 8 months later. Oh order codes too, I got 15% off the dishwasher which was in the clearance sale.
wilf ((hugs)) if needs be break that list down to even less, like paint one wall, the more you see you are achieving in black and white the better you will feel. We need to paint the old house to make it right and I am so not looking forward to it as I will have zero incentive, good luck!
    serena ((hugs))
Triker I tried pillowcases but they always came open, so I got these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Laundry-Wash-Lingerie-Bra-Zipped-Net-Bag-Washing-x2-NEW_W0QQitemZ140343704003QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Laundry?hash=item20ad22f9c3&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

both work as good as each other, if you search for 'bra washing bag' there is loads of types on fleabay. I hate just handwashing bras as I don't think they get very clean so a godsend for me, especially as I can only get bras with wires.
Suppose I am entitled to a few stars this week, seeing as I have cleaned and tidied (by boxing it up) the old house. I have 2 drawers in the kitchen I must have somehow missed and the under the stairs cupboard to empty, under stairs is in boxes anyway **my wilkos stash, yes I still have stuff left** :o Soappie can I have 5 stars please :D or is that too cheeky of me ? It'll be a while before I can earn that many again.

Mam's boyfriend came over earlier, I now have a working dishwasher and outside tap :D yippeee!! I just need some plates to wash now, only brought 2 over from old house :o forgot to get that box when we were over.

I have no idea what happened when I pasted that lot....
One day I might be more organised...........

Definitely not daft. I walk very slowly on wet surfaces - and am very nervous on wet, muddy grass ..............

have failed dismally this week! Shattered now after yet another leaving do (from my old work, seems like i started a trend!) 3 out of 4 london project staff have now gone, and one central office person this week. Ex boss was there, was delighted to tell him how well i;m doing, how happy i am and how valued i feel. I said, 'i presume people are asking questions now you've lost so many staff?'. he squirmed, a lot! I also said, 'i know you think i had an attitude problem...' which he denied...despite me knowing for a fact he said it to someone yesterday!!!

anyway, i know it's pathetic but i feel better! hard to describe the loathing i have for this man!!

DH has done some washing but not put it on the airer, that's my job before bed if i'm to have any tops to wear this weekend! we're away tomorrow-sunday lunchtime.
