Put the punctuation down and step away from the keyboard.

And ....... "Richard Head Hamish" :rotfl:
30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older. Equity : Don't know, don't care much. Savings : That's asking for ridicule.

Still sticking to the "seasonal variations gambit" eh Spamish.
Tens of thousands of pounds eh.
The kind of "seasonal variations" that you were unable to prove occured prior to the market melt down in 07. In Edinburgh, Aberdeen or anywhere else.

But then you've been advised of this, In no uncertain terms, before Hamish.

So it seems very strange that you're sticking so rigerously to
    a roundly discredited argument.

Boy, it must really frustrate you being stunningly wrong, the comedic lengths you go to to pretend its not the case.

For example, a recent previous schoolin' for out resident tin foil hat wearing bull.

Anyhow, for the avoidance of doubt ;)
Seasonal variations right? Lets see what the ESPC think.

    Following the "new peak":-

    October 2010:

    November 2010:

    December 2010:

    January 2010:

Even the estate agents won't give you the time of day.

The forum awaits your response with baited breath.

    Wot no Hamish? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I almost forgot....

Hey Joe. Next time you find yourself leaping to Hamish's defence, could you maybe remind him that theres a highly pertinent discussion he appears to have mysteriously forgotten about.

    Thanks in advance. ;)

My post was nothing to do with Hamish.

Probably a difficult concept for you to understand, given he's pretty much all you talk about.

Nah. Whats difficult for me to understand is why your compelled to be such a dedicated Hamish-mini-me when the chap's arguments are so regularly shown to crash and burn (please see above).

You're the equivalent to that rat faced guy from Karate kid, you know, the flunky who squeals "yeah johnny yeah!"

Don't forget my message next time you have to fill in after Hamish has ghosted, theres a good Cobra Kai.

Yes, I was responding to that post, but my post was nothing to do with Hamish, it's about a different persons over excitement with punctuation. This isn't complex.
