I feel I should apologise for not taking Hamish's post seriously. He has done very well to raise house prices in Scotland, and deserves some thanks. Only yesterday as I wandered the banks of the Mull of Kintyre I was thinking what this place needs is higher priced shelter, and lo and behold, like some latter day Robbie Williams (ed: shurely Burns?) Hamish has pulled it off.0
