Conclusive proof that bears never bother reading threads before posting.;)

I did read, I just associated your ramblings with Aberdeen. My mishap, I'm sure you can understand why.

Good evening Graham (I assume graham is your real name), the evening I joined the forum I remember a post of yours stating you were leaving and that you had seen enough. I will remind you of the famous Hotel California lyric 'You can check out but you can never leave'

Good evening, I'm sure you have had many a name, so forgive me if I don't attempt a guess, as long threads are frowned upon.

Thank you for reminding me, I had totally forgot you know.

I feel I should apologise for not taking Hamish's post seriously. He has done very well to raise house prices in Scotland, and deserves some thanks. Only yesterday as I wandered the banks of the Mull of Kintyre I was thinking what this place needs is higher priced shelter, and lo and behold, like some latter day Robbie Williams (ed: shurely Burns?) Hamish has pulled it off.

You always seem to get a thrill from trying to get people to bite . Is it just you my kilted friend or are all Sweaty Socks as sad and lonely as you seem to be ?

Why dont you post about the dramatic property price drops in and around the slums of Glasgow............... yes Edingburgh is a lovely city , held together by alot of English money

Joy, next he'll be asking for Charitable Status for Aberdeen properties...so that buyers can afford the upkeep as well as the mortgage.

Wonderful news that Edinburgh is up.

Let's hope the Scots are leading the way, and we'll all be in positive territory again by Christmas

People have to pay more for houses?

People have to get into more debt to afford a home?

    Good news?

    I don't understand.
