    I feel a little left out, I'm not opening mine then :( I would have originally, but now it's all money going towards a trip to France in April (obviously, any left over will probably go back in for next year!). Therefore mine will probably be opened at the end of March.. but looking forward to seeing how much you've all managed! :D

    Hiya guys! Novembers wage is going to be about 1/4 of what i usually earn :( gutting) because of being in and out of hospital then i had my op.. just been lots of time off and i am only on a apprentischip wage as it is. I only manged 1.5 hour over time this week as well! Hopefully going to get as much over time as i can next week and that will help with december's pay i suppose.

    I have some Xmas stuff brought but have lots going on.

    I also brought a second hand excersise bike for 50 pounds today so thats more money out of the bank i am taking my cousin and godson to a pantamine in december which is 34 pounds gone (34 pounds for me is 2 days work) just all money lol. i am only 17 so i cant imagine what its like to be a grown up and paying bills.

    Thats why next year i am going to kick !!! with the sealed pot because i want to know christmas is sorted no matter what

    Think I'm going to have to do it next weekend...... just not sure I have enough proper bags, so may have to temporarily improvise with some cheap bags I got that turned out to not have a good enough seal for use in the freezer ;)

    1st is a Tuesday, which is my one full day at work (other 4 shifts are afternoons only).

    Can't do it on Monday either, as I may only 'work' in the afternoon but I volunteer in a primary school in the morning - so another very full day :o

    And leaving it until the Wednesday is out too, as that's another 'voluntary in the morning & work in the afternoon' day - plus it's also DD's 26th birthday :eek:

    Hi TMD, and congratulations on the Euro millions win! :T
    To answer your question above. I'd suggest that anyone having to open their pots early/late does so......but then makes a note of their total and whips on here on the day/night to simply put their totals down. Either that or the following day. It'll save having to count it all up on a day when you're snowed under. Don't anyone worry though as, if it's anything like last year, people will still be putting totals on a few days later any way. Not too late though if possible.

    So pleased you had a great time LC! OK, your guess of £90,000 has been noted. Very true about not all members letting us know what their totals are so we have to take that into account. Also, I've told a couple of members having problems not to feel pressured into doing so, so there's that to consider also.

    Yours of £300,000 is also noted mummytummy.

    I'm going for £45.000 as so many never put theirs on anyway.

    Hiya Kerfuffle, it shouldn't be too bad. Yes, it'll keep us both active for a few days, but we're both prepared for it, and to be honest, if it's anything like last year I just found it so very exciting and enjoyed sharing in all the fun of everyone.:D It really spilt over from you all and gave off marvellous vibes. Mind you, there are so many more this year so...even more excitement!!! :j

    JaneLiz How about counting all yours up anyway, then making a note of it so you can tell us all on the day, then put it all back til you need it. I did last year, "Puzzled" too.

    Hi there Jess, don't worry too much about this Christmas, you're young, have had a tough year and now need to look ahead to a healthier year next year. All the best Jess!

    Hi cw18. Read what I've put above to too_much_debt, I think it solves the problem for folks who are busy on the day or day before, and still includes those who are going on to save for something special next year.

    By heck sparky! I swear that on each day it feels as if 2 pass by!! :eek:

    Have a wonderful Sunday everyone, and to anyone living in flooded areas, all our hearts go out to you at such an awful time! :kisses3: {{{hugs to all}}}
