Oh eck!
Have just corrected it a bit quick before any more comments, thanks Kas! We've not heard from Reb here for yonks, mid summer I think. I really do hope she's alright and that hopefully, she'll be back on the 1st or 2nd. It's not the same without you and her causing mayhem for sure!!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Fingers crossed we'll see her soon Kas.

Hi,
May I join please?
I have been doing this unofficially since about June time, but I wondered when I open the tin where do you get it changed?
They have a change machine in our Sainburys but not sure how it works, do they give you the money in notes or a silly coupon that you have to send in the store?
I am sort of hoping that it will be enough to cover the December phone bill, not spend it on food.
Everything under 50p has been put in it and any money that I have left at the end of the week, not alot there really probably only a extra 5er or so, but as my phone bills come to around 50/55 pounds a month it should be OK.
I would hope for 100pounds this year as I am starting at the beginningEbay 13........1583.46/2000.00 Amazon sales 54/50 Etsy sales 63/50

Of course you can join us 415SanFran. A very warm welcome, it's great to meet you.
Enjoy yourself here and have great fun saving. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 2 of page 1. If you haven't already done so then read through posts 1 & 2 as it'll help you with any queries.
We mostly get ours changed at banks or post offices, even the local shops are very grateful for it. Ask them first to see. With banks you may need to change so much at a time, a lot depends on the teller, but mostly they're quite good. As far as I know though, any Sainburys machines will charge you to have it changed with them! Stick to the banks etc and you'll be ok there. Your target of £100 for "this year" does that mean for the next year which starts on 2nd December? Don't ever worry about how little or much you're able to put in each day/week, the main thing is that you're saving and it comes in handy for whatever you wish it to!
All the best with your savings 415SanFran, you've come to the right place though the others are slightly bonkers, you'll soon suss them out!
