Hi everyone. I hope you've all had a great day and that you might have been able to put some change in the pots - if not, don't worry as there's always another day.
£2.23 in change after the shopping in mine. I'd hoped for a little more, but I'm happy enough. The pots are getting really heavy now too, it's getting to that exciting stage!
Sorry mummytummy, but due to all my cursor problems I missed seeing yours last night. Well done on your £5 find!!! :T
Well done everyone, keep it up as every penny counts.

My name is shorelines and I have fallen off the wagon.
I used to be very good with my sealed pot but I broke into it to spend it on a holiday....but on the upside I have saved a lot this year. Any money left over from my weekly budget is put in my not-so-sealed-pot and then banked when I have a lot.
I found 35p on the tube the other day and thought 'sealed pot!' - I hope to be on the wagon again soon :A:hello:

just checking in - im rubbish and opened my pot last month
had £100 in there that i used
But, that £100 stopped me from borrowing, stopped me from going over drawn and made my life a lot more pleasant and much less stressfull!
I am continuing to put change in and i but £40 straight in out of my wages this month ...... I am hoping i can continue to top it up over the next couple of months - but i think that having the money there when i need it is much more valuable to me ......................
I am still clunking my change, promise!0 -

Hi all -
Pot starting to get a little weight to it which is nice, I hope you are all ok! Hoping to have saved quite a bit come the end of November as I have a lot of nieces and nephews to buy for this year! Hard few month's though as we have a lot of big milestone family birthdays coming up including my mum's 50th! Going to empty the coppers out of my purse later and into the pot they go. Do you all put all types of change in there or do some of you only stick to 'silvers' etc?
Have a great dayMember of Quidco and Dooyoo

Afternoon fellow sealed potters, a whole grubby looking penny of roadkill for me so far today - I swear there must be more of us round here than anyone admits to!
Laura, I tend to put all my copper and half of any silver coins in to the pot once a week, so the only coins I don't save for this one are £1 as I also do the £2 savers challenge separately. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Evening everyone,
We had a brilliant night at our friends 60th Birthday, no chandeliers for me to swing from, so I managed to stay out of trouble (no need for a stunty intervention)
Some gold coins and other change in the pot, 2 X £2 coins, plus about 25p in road change.
Has anyone else seen the animal money boxes they're selling in Mr M's petrol stations, there's 4 to collect, I've got 2 so far, but they keep selling out!
Hope you managed to stay dry today everyoneSparky0107 - Sealed pot challenge member #002. Total for SPC3 £1,030.57 Total For SPC 4 £2247.00 Total for SPC 5 £2574.62 :T Total for SPC 6 £4552.91:T
