Hi Saving and thanks. I could never promote my boring diary that brazenly...:o but it is for me after all,not for others.

Had to meet up with a friend after work.Well, not had to, but missed the last two times she's been over from Paris so wanted to catch up. But when I got home, I went straight to bed with lights out, that's how knackered I'm feeling. Could't sleep though, so lights are back on and I'm going to read my book. Staying in bed though!!! Bought a soup if I fancy eating later, but not much appetite so we'll see.Very unlike me to be off my food though. I guess though if someone would make it for me,it would be a totally different matter...:D:rolleyes:

Well I feel totally drained. Came home, went to bed, couldn't sleep. Started reading, then bit of MSEing. Ate soup, felt better as haven't had anything proper today. I've decided not to put the alarm on tomorrow and see what time I'll wake up and how I feel. Might not bother to go to work. There'll be someone in tomorrow and she said not to come in if I didn't feel better so that's what I'll do. I'll let my body wake me up when it feels like it.

HI Saving. I'm at home. :) Woke up about 9, but have been blowing my nose ever since, so I guess really, I'd rather feel better and be at work. Not much to do there anyway so doesn't really matter. Hope I'm feeling ok enough later to spend the last night of this year and beginning of next with my boyfriend. He seems ok enough to just have a quiet one. His best friends live in Stanstead area anyway and we didn't have any big plans anyway as both of us were meant to be working today.

thanks CMD. didn't think anyone would have noticed. i've been on a bit of a downer and didn't want to be bringing anyone else down with me when everyone is doing so well. so i stayed away for a while.

hope your cold is better. maybe get to the doctors if it doesn't clear soon. DD had a cough that wouldnt go and when we took her to the doctors it turned out it was an ear infection that was making her cough. antibiotics later and she's fine.

good luck on getting below the £11k mark.
