To keep this message on page 1 ...
We need:
Individuals with boundless energy ...
Who are willing to go the extra mile ...
Who are 24/7 ...
Who show a willingness to bump without fear ...
Who can face the rough and tumble it may involve ...
Who accept the ups and downs ...
Who just get back in the race no matter what life throws at them ...
Kinda like ...
:rotfl:If many little people, in many little places, do many little things,
they can change the face of the world.

Uhm...sums me up to a tee although yesterday I did get angry and upset but refused to post after some troll (well that's all that I can assume he was) decided to call me stupid and multi quote me over on the benefits board, all because I dared to say that JSA and foreign holidays don't mix and about how at airports they now have huge posters up advertising the fact that people are claiming JSA and yet holidaying abroad and giving a phone number so that they can be dobbed in:rolleyes:0

Hello all - I have been trundling on my work wheel all day and have nipped on to the DFW wheel whilst I eat lunch.
Grrr at the trolltype on the benefits board Horace - you are right of course foreign holidays should be a luxury whereas some seem to consider them an essential living cost:rolleyes:.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Hi everybody.
Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.
What is a Troll? A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made.
If you should get a comment made on any thread you post asking for help and advice please realise this comment is not directed at you personally.
We really are all a lovely bunch here (oops, modest, sorry) so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal.
what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?
firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.
The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!
It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis
PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.
Kind wishes
P
Bump ..........
A question for my fellow travellers on this thread - there are 909 posts (as I type) and it has had 10884 views - but does anyone know if newcomers do read it? I assume many do - but I can't remember ever seeing any new member posting about it - or is that just because I am not on the forum all the time.If many little people, in many little places, do many little things,
they can change the face of the world.

Maybe newcomers assume that they may not post on this thread, and that it's some kind of exclusive club?
Attention all newcomers! As well as reading the "beware of the troll" message, please feel free to join in the good mornings etc, the more the merrier! One life - your life - live it!0 -
