    Hi everybody.

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.

What is a Troll? A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made.

If you should get a comment made on any thread you post asking for help and advice please realise this comment is not directed at you personally.
We really are all a lovely bunch here (oops, modest, sorry) so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal.

what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?

firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.

The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!

It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.

    Kind wishes
    P

Horace you still is my friend weather you like it or not:D:T:A:p:p

And for what use they are my bits are still in place:D:rotfl:

    i love you really Numpty:kisses2:

Its flippin cold again today - got back from my breakfast meeting at 11.05am, a jolly good time was had by all and when I go again on 3rd November, I must remember to have bubble gum to blow bubbles - yes we are having a bubble gum powder plot with sherbet dipdaps too, so I need to get some hubba bubba and get practising:rotfl: Who said network meetings were boring:confused:

I have a free session with a hynotherapist on Friday to help me stand in front of a room full of strangers and speak. Breakfast was good too a proper fry up although no fried bread and I could have had as much bacon or sausage as I wanted as all I needed to do was put down the number on a little sheet.

I joined today as well and got 13 months membership for the price of 12:j

    BUMP from 3.

Horace - hope the new romance goes well and sounds like you are busy with work as well - :j (Also hope if romance goes well you won't need that elec blanket so much ;))

Ange - hope you are feeling more cheery soon. Can you get out into those lovely derbyshire hills for a walk to cheer you up and 'blow the cobwebs away'? :grouphug: Wrap up warm if you do though.

Wol - so sorry to hear all your GP problems and computer problems - you must be exhausted - hope you got everything done in time and hope you have some relaxation time pencilled in for when you get back from your trip.:grouphug:

Lula - c'mon share all about the weetabix brownies - if you are not posting them round the country I might want to make my own. (I am hoping they turn out to be delicious but strangely very low fat).

Nargle loving the tintin-esque sum-up :rotfl:

Numpty  never the real SoA to anyone!! and remember Wol's GPs probably thought their dangly bits were safe as well .

Hello MF - are you well?
And hello to everyone else and welcome to newcomers.:hello:

    And BUMP

(blimey Tixy is hoping she didn't miss anyone out - profuse apologies if i have:D)
