  • I think houseprices with stay around these levels for a a good while yet. The availible credit just is not there to fuel a price boom.

    Too much debt and not enough savings to fund a deposit along with lower income multiples andtighter lending regulations will prevent that.

    Actually it's around 13% now. And more like 5% for decent properties and areas.;)

    Maybe even less for the very "best" areas. Watch this space...

    Our area is 16% down year on year......but then we didn't start crashing until April 2008.
    We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
    Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
