Oh Rubes
..I don't blame ya and at least it was Primark & New Look, could've been a lot worse:) And yes, a very good haul:)
How are you feeling??? With any luck you'll find a new job pretty quickly:)
Just quikcly popping on before I get back to work:( Suddenly got loads to sort out before I go on holiday:rolleyes: Typical, I spend weeks twiddling my thumbs then have loads to do when I have limited time:mad:
Oh yeah, forgot to weih mself this morning, so no update on weight! And not done a challenge this week coz I'm mega busy and I'm not here on Friday so if anyone wants to do one in my absence...feel free:)
Hope alls ok with everyone and I'll pop back laters xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

Well it's official - I'm now unemployed. The axe fell this morning although the HR girl had the grace to look genuinely quite sad about it (we'd always got on well). My reaction was to walk out of the office and instead of turning left towards the tube, I turned right towards New Look and Primark.
Now - justification. I've just paid in £125 of birthday money & cash from the rents plus work are paying me just over £4,300 in 7 days time. This will give me another month's wages (see me through Oct), hopefully give me a bit of savings and I want to put some towards paying off my loan. So with all that in mind, I hope a £90 spending 'spree' doesn't have you beating me to death with a budget planner. Plus for that I got: a boyfriend blazer, a pair of jeans, a cardigan, a vest, a top, pair of ankle boots, a scarf & a purse (replacing the one that got stolen). A good haul I reckon!
All I have to do now is find another job...
*hugs*
Don't beat yourself up about your little spree. In fact it sounds quite a good haul indeed. Hmmm...might pop into New Look later.
At least the waiting and wondering is over and you can really focus on the job hunt. Onwards and upwards Rubes!0 -
Ruby: Sorry the deed is done, but was no real suprize. Hugs for you. As for your spending spree, that's all right and was a good haul. No more now until holibobs. Must go and do something now.Debt at start of DMP 1/6/09: £2942 - £1942

Thanks doll, that's kind. I got a call from the HR woman from the company I interviewed with last week and she told me they'd really liked me. They're interviewing all this week so I might not get it but it looks promising.
