Gone down to £20 + £3.50 P&p and included an extra book. Like to know I'm definitely getting the dosh rather than waiting on an auction where I might not get as much! :rotfl:0

And it's sold! Phew. That was some intense haggling we did! :rotfl: Sorry guys for babbling away to myself! I'm sure your not interested in my blow by blow account of what I'm doing on Ebay! :rotfl:0

Well done Laura on the ebaying, don't worry I babble to myself all the time!
Holiday was great Tash, just very depressed at being back! We did Toronto, Niagara, New York then Ottawa and back to Toronto for one night. OH had a whale of a time and my BIL was thrilled to have another bloke to hang out with, usually it's just me, my sister's and mum visiting. Managed to get OH up the CN Tower AND sit on the glass floor, he was petrified though, shouldn't laugh but it was funny.
Well have a nice nite all, gonna catch up on my diary and others cos I'm super hyper tonight (don't know why)! xx0 -

Think I may have to resort to selling the penguins after all... I didn't really want to but I have over spent a little this month and still two weeks to pay day...
Maybe I'll wait until after my other 2 books are done and see what I've got in the paypal account. I need to get over £50 in their in order to withdraw it without them taking a further cut. Something to do with the type off account I have  Oh well, that's enough waffle from me for tonight :rotfl:0 -

Morning all - wherever you are. I expected to come in late this morning but I'm second only to Princess!!
Anyway just to keep you updated - Big Insurance Company have offered me a different job so I am safe! Phew. Sorry if that comes off a bit gloaty to those out of a job right nowBut I was so worried I'd be going back to unemployed-dom - it was hideous!
Tash thanks for reminding us that Rubes and RM are away on holiday, I totally forgot as well!! I did wonder where RM was but I was more worried about Rubes coz she's so down at the mo. Hopefully the holidays will work wonders and they'll both be their chirpy selves again in no time
I've managed to go over my overdraft again this month  I don't know how I managed it and I'm really annoyed with myself because now I'm going to get yet more flipping charges - which means this year HSBC will have taken MORE THAN £500 OFF ME IN CHARGES The barstewards. I want to claim them back but I don't think I have a leg to stand on because I so persistently go over the limit and they warn me every time. Need to do some serious budgeting for next month to cover the charges!
Princess - I left my phone at home - I'll PM you. Hope your meeting of Father's Mrs goes well, let us know. Camera wise - I'll get Gee on it he'll be able to find a lovely little pink model! Keep you posted.
Laura good on you for ebaying the jollyness out of those books - think of the extra pennies! I'm seriously considering giving you all my stuff to do
Swinstie I would love to go up the tower that sounds amezzin! But I'm not afraid of heights - I jumped out of a plane for fun a couple of years ago - so it wouldn't bother me.
Put me in the jungle for ten minutes and I'll be a gibbering wreck though - can't stand creepy crawlies and terrified of spiders!!End of 2010 I was £8,007.66 in debt
Today's total: £7,297.06

OMG nearlly forgot to mention - last night I went round my friend's new house and we attempted to make raspberry cupcakes.
I dunno what we did wrong but they came out flat and squidgy and really, not very good. We tried one and both spat it out.
Hats off to you Tilly you obviously have a talent that neither S or I have because we put them back in the oven an all that happenned was the top burnt and the inside was still squidgy sticky and, frankly, raw.
I'm going to have another go at the weekend on my own because I've made them before and it wasn't that hard!! But really not sure what we did that made them like that??!!!End of 2010 I was £8,007.66 in debt

Hello, hello!
Well yesterday was just total rubbish from start to finish. Had an argument with BF in the evening - ended up crying and couhging all over the place - great stuff. Just topped the whole day off nicely . I don't know why but everything just seemed to be getting on top of me.
Today started off badly too, was a big accident near my house, so traffic was awful, so ended up being 20 mins late for work, having been already warned (again) that they've noticed I don't always get in before 9.
Anyhoo, a lovely thing happened just now - the £10 which I lost yesterday, turns out the person who found it is an angel and he handed it in this morning :j. So maybe the world isn't such a bad place after all.
Ebbs, I feel your pain on the overdraft thing. I have managed to go over the limit on my other banks od, because obv. my interest free amount has gone down this month but I didn't realise, so they've taken out more than double the interest of last month. So now over limit and will be charged next month on top of higher interest charge. Grr. So annoyed with myself, as I paid in money to cover the interest. If I'd only checked what the interst was gonna be, would not have happed!
You should DEF try to claim back your charges Eb. you may as well send off the letter, will only cost you the price of the stamp. Might take a while for you to hear anything though, as I think the reclaims are still all on hold? Basically all my charges were my own fault, but I got loads back, for my bank charges and late payment charges for credit cards.
Princess, hope all goes well with meeting your dad's partner. Have you still not told your mum? I know you think she'll go mad, but won't she go more mad if she finds out from someone else and thinks you've been sneaking around and deceiving her? I know my mum would be (and has been) more upset that I've lied about stuff than if I just had told her in the first place. Sorry if it seems out of order for me to say tha, just don't want you to end up upset.
Swinstie, I went up the CN tower when I was about 14 - well, me and my dad went, mum and bro were too chicken! Saying that, my dad was petrified and didn't want to go outside, and when I jumped up and down on the glass floor he looked like he was going to gip :rotfl::Dmuch work to be done - new sig coming soon...0
