SH - am trying to ignore and it is only one person but it is hard work.....hoping time will make it easier. Still looking for a job just incase it gets too much!
Just read diary from start to finish, you're doing great :j.
Sorry to hear about your dilemma at work. I had a (v different) situation at work 5 years ago which resulted in a colleague not speaking to another colleague & I. It was v v difficult at the time as the background to it involved a sacking & a lot of other issues and our involvement &/or motivation was completely misinterpreted which was v hurtful. Now I work closely with that colleague & he is close again to the other colleague. Nothing has ever been said but time does heal.
Try looking forward 2 or 3 years. If this person changes their current behaviour can you see yourself still there? Would you like to still be there? Is it possible you will be able to forgive, if not forget? If so, take time to consider your position, but if the damage is too deep then get your CV out & find another job - in your own time.
& when it all gets too much for you - breathe deeply & eat chocolate :EasterBunA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
