Had an horrendous nightmare about money last night, that DH was sat there with all our bank/credit card statements and mortgage statement staring at it all and crying and so we went to see a financial advisor who sat there with her nipples out :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I was most distressed and woke up in a big of a state.

:hello: Having a very very busy weekend but now sat down, catching up on tv and money issues  Need to pay a few bills, waiting for Tescos man to come with my small shopping order and try and convince the kids a day in really is fun.
Ebay stuff is up to £65 with quite a few watchers on them, has certainly given me the inspiration to find more stuff to put on. Going to work out my shortfall for this month and then meet the challenge of getting enough so we don't resort to the CC's!

All done and not quite as horrific as I thought! Going to have a £200 shortfall this month :eek::eek: but my stuff is up to £70 on Ebay and I have a lot of other stuff that I'm going to put on this week as well. Shortfall is a few unexpected spends and not accounting for things re kids etc.
Printed off the spreadsheet for last week from the spending diary website and we have been looking at how much we (he) spent and it has sunk in how much we both spend on rubbish without knowing it. I was tempted not to fill it in at one point this week as things were going off the rails but I'm glad I did as it is therapeutic looking back over it. I even admitted spending money on a lipstick, even though it meant questions from OH!
Had a lovely night on Friday and stuck to the fact that I was skint! They were going to split the bill equally at one point but a friend actually intervened and said it wasn't fair as I had only had one course and no alcohol *phew*, have to say it's not comfortable being skint and feeling awkward over a food bill and this was a first for me, as I've always split the bill whatever. Suppose I need to get used to this approach
Shopping has only been £58 this week :j so within budget for the first time since I started. Also got an email from Egg, acknowledging that I had "changed" my mind and didn't want to opt out! I never said I wanted to opt out and I think it's very funny how they managed to twist it round. Spoke to OH about him applying for Barclaycard as they have a LOB offer and we can move one of the CC's to them and then less stress for looking around for the 0%. So many things to do.....
Did some cosmic ordering this morning and said "I am going to be debt free and I am going to pay it all off and not re-offend"Thought it might be too much to immediately ask for a £250,000 lottery win and will leave that until later in the week.....
