I think if I was a millionaire or at least not in debt, I would ring Sir Branson up and book a long haul flight......wouldn't that be lovely!

Oh dear, but oh :rotfl: IMD!

Sorry to laugh, but you seem to have the same kind of life as me. Or rather, the kind of life I would be bound to have if I had a husband and kids. *Pickle opens online Yellow Pages looking for a doctor to tie her tubes*

Big hugs and I hope tomorrow gets better. Tell the kids that anything that isn't tidied away by bedtme tomorrow night gets Ebayed: they'd believe it, too! :rotfl:

  • Hi IMD,
I follow your journey regulary, with particular interest to your ebay adventure. Ive tried ebay a few times with little sucess. You say u bulk buy baby clothes then re list and sell them on- in pairs or smaller bundles, is that correct? All tips welcome.... any secrets? whats ur ebay name, if you dont mind?. Your a true ebay entrepreneur in my book!

Sod ebay............cue black bin liner with me raging and putting everything in it and poor poor child thinking his mother really has lost it as he sees his lego, playmobil, pens, washing up liquid(?!?!?!), chalks, paper disappear into the abyss never to be seen until he can clean up his room.

We are now friends after a "chat" in which he asked if he could ever touch his lego again :rotfl: God I'm so awful.......

Kim - I buy in bulk and break them down into individuals, but really need to price them better, worth doing if you can find a good supplier but it is time consuming with a full time job as well.

hope things have calmed down now the kids are in bed.

Well done for making such good progress on your debt, keep looking at the totals, and don't look at the sheer numbers, look at how much you've paid off.

:rotfl: No your not, your a perfectly normal mum: mine did much the same thing, although I was fairly tidy and it was generally mum brother who copped the rough end of it. ;)

And don't worry...they need to see that every now and again so that they know that there are certain boundaries which CANNOT be pushed!

P.S. Don't give him back the washing-up liquid: that will be far more useful to you! ;)
