Sorry, I know it hurts hearing the truth (i.e. there is little help) but i'm not going to lie to make you feel better then later you look a complete tit! I wouldn't do that......

Now, what you mention above is a different kettle of fish - of course if the amount/purchase is queried you should not pay until the dispute is resolved. As I have said, I think i'd be going to the FOS for guidance mate :beer:

FOS take ages, get a complaint in now as it will take weeks to sort out..... good luck.
