If you think you might want to do matched betting in the future, don't take up all the cashback bingo offers as you will no longer be a new customer to the associated betting sites.

With MySupermarket, it will tell you whichever shop you start with is the cheapest for your basket of shopping as you might get a two-for-one which would cost twice as much in the other shop, or it matches a Value with a standard own brand. Good for iPoints tho.

There are Asda delivery codes on a thread on one of the MSE shopping boards, and they have always worked for me. I only shop every second week which saves money on the delivery charge at Tesco over shopping weekly. Also Tesco delivery is cheapest on a Wednesday night £3, and there are loads of codes for extra Clubcard points on the shopping boards - which makes up for paying delivery. :T

Could you perhaps sell some of your youngest's clothes or toys on eBay to pay for replacements?

I am at the moment going through the youngests clothes,as they have done their duty.I save the other two childrens clothes for their sisters.
Ive only joined bingo site on TAB as gambling always make me nervous. My father r.i.p.and my brother both had serious fruit machine addictions.I know I havent but Dont want to develop one either, lol.
Il have a look around,i did find a good code thread, used it ,then lost it as at the time didnt know how to save the thread. If i find it again Il bookmark it.
I tend to get shopping delivered at end of the week Thursday or friday as thats when OH gets paid and The veg and fruit stays fresh for the beginning of the working week.
Il look into changing it if it gets a problem though.
Could you possibly suggest which is the best site for daily clicks?Id be grateful,im going on the hunt for that thread now,see if I can pop it in my online diary here.

    :confused::confused::confused:

Well,i tried my hand at the bingo thingy.I will just keep going for my freebie and see what happens, cant help feeling thats a tenner I wont see again.

Have tons of stuff left over from food shopping ,so I must have been doing well on my cooking.

Cleared all my runners today. The piddly ones are just gonna have to go bye bye.I need to clear my potting area up ,and the ones in the raised bed need to move for the Red Kale.
I took a chance on planting Crook neck squash late.I did so ,seeing as all the seasons are out of sync there is nothing to lose.

My leeks are doing marvelous.Just wish Id planted more.

Getting more housework than usual done.My friends are starting to wonder who this domestic lady is that took the ole gal over.

Got loads of tomatoes that havent turned red ,but Im not bothered about chutney so just lobb them into cooking. No ones died yet, lol.

I am on antidepressants, just coming to the end of week 8.I dont think I would have got to the end of summer hols without them.

My main worry is what if ,not the now.We slowly snowball into spending more than we have ,but the real mess comes when after 12 years my OH compay decided to spring redundancies and shoort time on them in march. The uncertainty of it happening again makes me feel like everything is unstable.
He earns 198 after tax per week plus wtc and ctc. When they short him we can be nearly 80 quid a weeek worse off.I am determined to get an emergency fund going.
If its not needed then all good. There is always something needs paying or buying.
Luck my children are on sandwiches and Im making my own bread now.Going to make some granola bars for snacks for their lunch boxes.

Been doing my clicks, just need to keep an eye out for them surveys now.

Got no chance of writing some decent dooyoo reviews till kids are back at school.

    Hi,

Thought I would pop by and read your diary as you took the time to visit me!

You are doing all the right things so far. Sometimes it can take a while for the survey sites etc to payout but once you are in the swing of it all you start getting bits and pieces come through.

Are you doing the free scratchcard?

Hi there, is there no way that you can work, maybe just weekends, I have no idea about this but you isn't it something like you are allowed to work so many hours before it interferes with other benefits, I really have no idea in this, but I thought I heard it somewhere.

No because Hubby works fulltime.I study when I can.So im ready when a decent paying job turns up.Ive done my peadiatric first aid.Food hygiene.Health and safety at work and Volunteer course.Another 18 months and I will be ready to go back full time.
I got some job applications a couple of weeks ago. When I sat down to the figures.I would be paying £30 a week more for working.
Not that I mind working full time. But it makes more sense to study for a while.I also updated my maths last year and gt my A level in English 3 years ago.
Hopefully my resume will show im willing when I go back.

  • Hi, just a thought when company put him on short hours- ring up tax credits and alter your hours. They are pretty good at giving you extra when needed, that is what it is for.

Have you thought about mystery shopping?
Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:
