Don't think you'd get taxed on that amount anyway?!
And I didn't say it was ok. I personally don't understand how anyone could survive on JSA for that long anyway"I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderful."

No you don't get taxed on it, but you should declare any earnings to the DWP. As I have said before if she hadn't had been underhand she may have found that she was entitled to keep £20 of her wage, but this would not apply if she got caught as she did not declare it.ZiggyStardust wrote: »Don't think you'd get taxed on that amount anyway?!

ah well, I can't comment on this thread anymore, its actually upsetting me rather than making me mad.
If its ok for someone to not delcare what they are earning, I am off to discover what ways I can dupe the benefits system. After all I've work since I was 15, am I not entitled to it?
Once again OP, I sincerely hope you have a lovely healthy baby but in the mean time I hope someone reports you and you get caught x0 -

Already done it via MSE and DWP.
Her post history actually gives a lot of information about her, plus they can get her IP and hence ISP from her posts.
From her past posts, you can work out where she lives (or near), plus she is out of the country soon on holiday.

I think this would have been the case
Lesson of the story? Be honest and think before you post!!"I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderful."

Well if she gets prosecuted for benefit fraud (as she's been reported..) then she could get a jail sentence? Worst case scenario but still..Why?How can you possibly judge a person's ability on being a parent by that post
