illegal right turn, can i appeal?

HI
I borrowed my car to a friend, who unwittingly done a right turn, which was caught by cctv cameras. I think might have reason to appeal, but i am not sure, can you help please?
Here are some of the grounds for complaints:
1. The time on the photo is 9:56 but on the letter they wrote 9:58
2.There is a diversion left sign in front of the no right turn sign.
3. I was not driving the vehicle.
4. There are road works stopping me from going straight, so left is the only option. Once you turn left on to the main road, you have to drive nearly 1km to get off it. All other adjacent roads are blocked because of works.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Try and copy the pcnremoving the personal details and post here using the how to at the top. Post the url and leave a gap between http and the rest. Your post above was a bit confusing so more info is needed.
1) time not that important.
2) possible reason but need photo's
3) As RK its up to you to pay or dob in the driver
4) this is confusing. You say no right turn is the offence but then say they could only turn left????I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

You say in point 3 you weren't driving. Therefore surely you would simply supply details of the driver (your friend) of the vehicle to whichever council/police is wanting them and then you don't need to appeal?
Tell your mate first of course that they are going to get a ticket, but if they did it, it would be up to them to pay and deal with it in my view. Why appeal something that you haven't done? It is the same in out pool cars, who ever was driving gets their details supplied and they go after them.
Of the other reasons I don't think reason 4 is relevent to the case either- just because they have made a mistake and would need to go a longer distance does not legalise a banned manouvre.0 -

Was your friend insured to drive your car when you lent it to him/her?I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care

(was having problems posting so the links look like this. sorry)
thanks for having a look.
1. the time on the pictures is 09:56 yet the pcn says the contravention took place 09:58.
2. my other issue - in regards to why a driver might be unhappy a right turn has been made illegal - is that roads works around the area have made it very difficult for drivers. It is impossible to go straight ahead at the junction because the road has been blocked. Other nearby roads have also been blocked off, therefore - whith the current restrictions in place - drivers are being directed into a congested area.0 -

thanks for having a look flyingscot. what about points 1& 20 -
I sounds like your friend did a no right turn and was caught, not much you can do I think! However it's not your responsibility. As the registered keeper you are only required to inform the authorities who was driving.
Claiming you don't know who was driving doesn't seem to wash any more!0 -

Did it ever for a moving traffic violation?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
I take it that this is a council ticket and not from the police ?
If so why are people discussing who was driving ?0 -
