Luc - at your Mum......At least you've got other places to vent but shocking that she can't be there for you when you need her.

Buffy - Another headache? Have you seen someone about these, you seem to suffer so much.

I'm doing the "la la la la - I can't hear you" about all you skinny people in your size 10/12/14's - I shall be the token fat one :D

I've had an afternoon of telly watching and tea drinking....bliss. Really tired tho and feel on the edge of coming down with something....I shall have an early night.

9 years tomorrow that DH and I met in person for the first time...where'd that go?

You lot make me laugh soooo much sometimes it's like an episode of a soap......we have axe murderers, people not getting any, people getting too much:p

Sammy hit the nail on the head Luc, it's such a complex thing, depression, hopefully with good friends/hubby etc etc you can work out yourself what you need to do and how you can help yourself as much as you can. Oh if you don't mind me saying I would have told your mum to shurrup:D

sex bracelets?! news to me and I haven't led a sheltered life;)
Notty, hope you have a lovely time in gay paris, don't do anything I wouldn't....and that aint alot x;);)

Awww, Luc I'm really sorry to hear that. I agree it's a generational thing, my dad used to hide my ad's. I don't think that's an excuse though, you're her daughter and she should be supporting you. I don't suppose she's expect you to walk around on a broken leg rather than get treatment, and this is no different. It's probably best just to not talk to her about it rather than risk her comments making you feel worse.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
