Luc, most people dont unless they have actually had it. Kinda having the same thing myself just now:o and being told to stop crying doesnt really help:rolleyes:
If only it was that easy eh?

listen if you need to rant and rave do it, keeping it in sure doesnt help either:rotfl:

:grouphug:Being told to stop crying just makes you want to bawl your eyes out even more, who has been telling you to stop crying anyway????

I find that writing down things helps alot, along with pouring things out to my lovely friends, my family are totally in the dark about the whole thing though and I intend to keep it that way:o
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I agree with Lou about writing things down, I've always felt loads better when I've kept a diary, or just written things down and my sister swears by it too. A few months ago I got all my anger with social workers (previous rounds!) and the health system which kept letting me down, and it was soooo cathartic, and helped me see a lot of things really clearly. I wrote about 11,000 words in four days, there was that much bile to come out, but by the end of it I understood myself and the situation a lot better. My diary on here has helped me a lot.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
