It is irrelevant what people on a forum conclude, or even think, or for that matter what the truth is. The only important issue is what kriss boy thinks AND what he is going to do about it.
It never ceases to amaze me the number of people who are unhappy with their situation but do nothing about it, but find the time to come on a forum a bleat about how unlucky they are.
To those people I would say; waken up to the fact that you are the driving force in creating your luck, if you don't like it change it!0 -

its the truth. i phoned up my local council once and was passed to four different departments who were brilliant at claiming that it "wasn't their department" i needed. yet, they had NO CLUE which department I needed.
Useless.
all this 5 a day nonsense, nappy coordinators, street scene viewers, what a load of garbabge.
Sack 50% and get rid of their pensions0 -
If the OP thinks he is worth more, why not just go elsewhere. I cannot understand what the moan is about.0

exactly, the payrise this year for the AO max was just a one off small payment of 150. so infact no payrise0 -
exactly, don't like the public sector pay? get a job in the real world - the fact is you probably couldn't cut the mustard.
I hate public sector employees. useless, overpaid, and greedy.0 -

the thing is people that say this, loose their job and they' are down at the jobcentre begging for money and their claim to be processed by one of these people in a job that isnt 'needed':rolleyes:0 -

since when is £15k a year overpaid? Ive worked in the 'real' world before in a job just like now which wasnt that great, but when i lost that job i took a job in the civil service, its better than being unemployed. I work hard, i dont believe, im useless, overpaid or greedy. Public sector work isn't as fantastic as people think, yes if you a manager on a huge wage maybe, but most of us are at the bottom of the scale just getting by0 -

From my brief experience with the local jobcentre some time ago, a team of badly trained monkeys could have done a better job. The people who I had to deal with were scruffy, slovenly, seemed to have no interest whatsoever and in one case barely spoke english.0 -
i just dont think it was fair to label us all useless and greedy, yes in any job there will be people like that, but not all of us are0

From the moment it's paid to someone in a job that does not exist (other than in name), or to an individual that is not up to the job that does exist........
To infer it is never too high says a lot about your view of the world and how you think.0
