When I spotted my thanks was on zero I searched "thanks" and it came back as none found, considering how many times the word is in this thread alone I think thats a bug.

And if people can't search it we might see a few threads starting.

I never liked the thanks button, especially when it first started - everyone seemed to get very competative about it.

I've only just returned in the last few months, it seemed the 'pat-on-the-backers' had settled down.

I wonder what will happen this time?

I think the post count is good in a way as you can see who are the genuine people by it and not the ones who are trying to spam you etc...
