Shame about your ring Dinah and NIM Mum. Dont know what to say about her.

Been a quiet weekend here we went to Bath and Stonehenge on Saturday for a run out. Sunday - quiet one, slept for nightshift. Monday, OH went to Notting Hill Carnival while I slept for nightshift.

Oh and we did the draft guest list..... minimum 75 for the day do, 225 for the evening if everyone comes. Eeeek.

That is a fair number of people for a draft guest list.

Good thing that software will let you create two lists so you can have a day and night list.

Wow that's a lot, don't think I even know that many people. Then again a while back I started counting just mine and OH's family and that came to a lot.

I can't believe your ring has to go back, Dinah - how disappointing, I hope the replacement comes soon! Sorry to hear that NIM's mother hasn't improved - I guess you don't want to go into it in much detail. But at least he knows that her behaviour isn't acceptable and he's fully on your side, it's a horrible situation for him to be in too.

No exciting news from the South East - enjoyed an incredibly sunny bank holiday which was unprecedented!! OH is on leave this week so he's launched himself into DIY heaven and is busily getting quotes for central heating, new windows, flooring etc!

ETA: 225 people! That's loads But guestlist politics can be a nightmare!
