Loosing 3 stone in a month isn't healthy. Eating 500 cals a day is mental. I've done that before when I was a teen and I felt like death, weak, faint, sick, upset tummy, etc. I don't think it is specifically their plan, anyone eating 500 cals a day is stupid regardless of what plan they are on. If they promote only eating 500 cals a day then yes, they should be hung out to dry.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

OK a challenge eh!
Where you travelling from?
Where you travelling to?
Date going?

I know, and nigh on impossible - I'm trying to stick to 1100 (net) at the moment and it's quite hard esp if I don't exercise.
I do feel sorry for her though, she only wanted to look good on her big day

I'm easily excited (and confused).
I was having a quiet evening with "Don't tell the Bride" and "Ugly Betty" and people on here are shouting at me.
At least you have got them ordered. They should come 1st class post so no extra cost unless you are going to print them at the station.0 -
Nope ordered them. Going to order the railcards with 2 weeks to go so I get a bit more time on them since we don't need them before then and its pointless paying for 2 months we don't use (especially since this will be my last young persons railcard - sob!).
I'm getting a bit hooked on don't tell the bride. Have downloaded all series 1 and 2, and the few episodes of series 3 that are out. NIM and I were yelling at the bridezilla the other night. Poor bloke was trying so hard and she was a right madam!
I'm supposed to be on about 1000 cals a day, but I think thats a bit mad so I'm generally at 1300 unless I exercise.... which is rare!!!! Still loosing about 1 1/2 lbs a week though.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Will need to make a diary note as ticket from February will not be available till mid November so there is a bit of time yet. I will keep my eyes peeled for you though.0 -
I thought so Poolie, I'll stick it in my calendar. What was the website again, national express east coast? Just realised one leg of the journey is teatime friday, might not be too cheap!
Dinah, once I'dd added what I ate in Pizza Hut the other night my day's cals came to about 3000, and that was after misc. aerobics!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
3000 is really scary! I was considering taking NIM for pizza tonight, but between the calories and the fact we don't have the money (I'm pathetic and am all excited we're on track to come in on budget!) we're going home.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
