Thanks Pickle! I'm one of those people that have to have things set out clearly otherewise I'll not get anywhere!

You're not the only one, but I do wish I had figured all this out before I had done my Masters (the English one, that is!).

BTW, I like the look of some of your challenges: where do I find the £20 challenge and the...ah, I think I might have just found the 100 day challenge. Splendiferous! :D

Thanks. I managed to find it and sign up before you got it back to me, but thanks all the same.

I have another question. You know when you do the cool things were you make a word (like 'here' in the above sentence), how do you turn it into a link? That's very cool and I would like to be able to do it myself. :T

Pickle, firstly copy the url of the web page you want to link to, then highlight the word you want to make into a link and then click on the picture of the world, with the little chain link symbol undeneath it. It's in the second row of the buttons above, underneath the smiley face icon. Then paste your link into the box and voila! HTH :)

Ruby I think you actually think you got a lot of stuff in Primark for the money so it's actually good value! :D Here's to saving for a house!
    Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675
    House Deposit Savings : £8,600/£25,000
    Lose 21lb : 0/21
  • Umm pickle, what Zig said with regards to the link thing.

And thanks Zig, I'm quite excited about the house thing. I'm fed up of being at home but it allows me to save!

Glad to see your experiments in high tech thread linkage are working. Your Masters sounds really interesting - I have a nerdish interest in statistics, but wouldn't have the grades to get on a degree programme (I already have a Masters and a postgrad, but they're totally unrelated).

Now that's preparation! I would start mine, but oddly enough BA don't allow wrapped presents in hold luggage

That's so you don't smuggle on a bomb, silly! (Not you personally, you understand! :o;)) People would get very snotty if they were asked to unwrap their presents for security checks...
