Have 1.5lb still to go to get my stone award so hopefully next week ......

Welcome to all the newbies:A Just in case you are wondering some of us have a bit of a diet challenge also and the lovely Danko is in charge of totting up the losses. Catch you all in the morning my pizza and vino awaits:j

Just spent some of my birthday money and feel really guilty for spending!! I must be getting the hang of this MSE lark :rotfl::rotfl:

DO NOT feel guilty for spending birthday cash! To quote some management speak from my uni course thats "outside scope" for PADs! spend it on you and enjoy!

Hello... Just done my weigh in too, I have ***stayed exactly the same*** :( Why is it that when you think you have had a really good week you have either stayed the same or even put on, but the weeks you feel like you've pigged out you seem to have lost weight??

Well done on losing the lb Boysma!

Hi Andy hope you enjoyed your weekend away :)

Kids back tomorrow so beter get some rest so I can face them...!

Wow you are obsessed!!! ;) seems a longwinded way....but if it works!

The reason is that I have such a big chunk to shift off that card and I won't always be able to do big PADs - when I am being careful I shall pay off of one of the littlies, when I have more spare cash I will pay one of the biggies. It is really just a way of keeping motivated!
