:hello: Hey everyone!
Rather wet and windy today! So much for my plans to check out the great outdoors this week! I do have some Uni stuff to do today if I an keep away from facebook...:rotfl:
So PAD we go and a whopping 43p to the Cosmotini mug for me today please Jo. It's looking rather full at the moment! I should have some student loan-ish money coming through next week so I might make a bigger PAD to drop down the DD a bit... don't know if it's the wisest idea I've had but hey ho.
Fab news on the weight loss boysma! Keep up the good work and hope you get your stone next week!I'm just being way too naughty
I need to be back on track!!
Staying the same's fab too Silaqui! I know what you mean though, sometimes the weeks where you think you've done really well catch up with you the following week which makes it all yay againKeep going!
Did you know we've lost 13 stone between us all?? :T FAB! :T
Reetio, a spot of breakfast and then back to my farm on facebook... :rotfl: Have a great day people and I'll be about later.

Hi all, £1.84 today0

Mornin all
My PAD for today is £3.50
Bad day yesterday but funnily I don't feel down..............the car cost £325 not £230, new tyre and fan belt bumped it up but I had just enough to pay for it :T Thanks in no small part to this thread:heart2:
Update on the g*t at work...........I have not seen him since the day after it all went bad till yesterday. I kept out of the way but he walked in on me talking to a colleague (work/tax related) He butted in and demanded to know what I was doing, his manner was not too bad but the colleague was so appalled that he stepped in and defended me (bless him) Later he came into my office and had a go at me for potentially mixing up work from different clients!!! I pointed out that would never happen and his reply was "on your head be it" before storming out. I spoke to the office manager (correct channels) and warned her that the next complaint I make would be in writing as per ACAS advice, tbh she was not surprised and was livid with him and spoke to him straight away. He then came back and referred to the incident in front of the colleague but not the later one. The colleague who defended me said he felt that the g*t was going to attack me at any moment and that is major for me because this colleague is not one for interpruting "innuendo" or "atmospheres, hope that makes sense :rotfl:I do feel that now this guy has gone a little too far in front of others which will help me in the long run :j It will be only a matter of time before he looses his temper big time at me in front of everyone:D:hello: Hi Sue!
I can't believe this guy still persists to be a complete twit! He will be finding himself out of a job pretty sharpish! It's great that your colleagues have seen this too now and discussing ACAS and you will have all the support you need
If there's one thing I've always been told in HR is 'Enough rope and they will hang themselves' - especially in situations when someone's being a complete noob and you have to follow the process step by step. I believe this will happen with this chap.
Hope it all gets sorted Sue

Hi all!
Wet n windy here - Autumn is truly here already, just as we are about to set off for a little break in Wales tomorrow! Any MSE tips from the locals will be most appreciated, we will be staying near Bridgend & will be needing to eat out for a few days. We have got cheap accomodation but no food provided, hence the question. TIA if you can help....:D
Good news today from the accountant; finally managed to bottom out the thorny self-emp question & looks like we have enough money available to pay back some debt without the 40% tax hitting us - always providing we can earn it of course :rotfl:
Anyhow, today will be a bit expensive as car is being serviced (at home though, & the guy is pretty good & cheap!), & also got to go out to do some shopping.
PADs so far are £120.44 to DHs Lloyds CC; £285.54 to my LLoyds cc, £23.44 to Virgin MBNA - that SHOULD be clear now. I paid the balance off that card, which was the interest & cancelled the DD from my bank. Virgin then attempted to take the DD (although the balance was zero), then the DD was returned unpaid (as it had been cancelled at my bank). They then charged me another - £23.44 which was £12 returned dd fee & another £11.24 interest PLUS my bank charged me for the unpaid DD I AM GOING MAD :mad::mad: I don't understand why they did this
Also 26p to copper tin makes a PAD so far of £429.68 today
