Mornin all
My PAD for today is £3.50
Am quite pleased as I stood up for myself yesterday (ta MSE) against 1 of my CC's. We started a self-DMP 3 months ago and I thought all was swimming along but the little b****r's rang me to inform me I am in breach!!!!!!!!!! what:mad:. It transpires I am not paying them online as I said...................doh you suspended my online facility and cos I sent a cheque I have gone over into September not making a payment in August???????????Well I let rip, its was nice of them to tell me and pointed out that. I promptly informed them that I was a member of a forum who have helped me make little payments to my debts to reduce it quicker but as they no longer offered me online I would not be able to pay a little more moneyIF I had it :rotfl::rotfl:Take that
She then put me through to customer services who gave a long sigh and informed me that they could not reinstate the online and that the Collections not them had withdrawn it, she was not happy and totally agreed with me that it was a sh*t company :T
:rotfl::rotfl:Thats brilliant SueP, well done :T'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -
My monthly payments went out today
448 to the loan and 300 to the CC. Do these count as PAD or are we only counting extra payments?
xxxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

Morning all! :j
Not sure why the jumpy smiley but heyho we've all got a lot to be cheerful about since we are all dealing with our debts, large small or in between somewhere, so glad I found this terrific thread, such a short time ago.....a couple of months?? Spent most of yesterday/today updating my snowball; haven't done it since I set it up in Feb 09, too depressing :eek:
I'm amazed to see the total we owe is down by a massive £22,582.39 since Feb (no sorry Jo that is not today's PAD - I wish) :rotfl: Plus we also now have an o/d that is nearer £500 than £5500 , plus we have £2000 saved towards the tax bill & since we are still paying our mortgage pmt at the *old* rate (they only change the rate once a year) - we must have overpaid on that as well..
Will make Jo happy though as PAD for today is my VAT tax payment of £4083.35 - I know, I know blech blechNew start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 . Long haul DFW #145 : 2011 DEBTBUSTING : £5500 OD GONE, £2000 OD - GONE £93,610.30 cc & loan debt - GONE 27.6.14 FINALLY DEBT & MORTGAGE FREE :happyhear0 -
