Morning All
Now forgive me as its just a quick update and then i really need to get to work but i don't want to go until i have told you wonderful people my little bit of news. I will try to catch up with the goings on as the days goes on but....
My pad for today is £4.98p to the tin. Also £40 to cc.
The news is I closed my biggest credit card and my bank account with a £500 overdraft. For months i have had these and for months i have been dipping in and out of them and keeping them just in case and what ifs and i might need them well i've had enough of that syndrome. that 3500k of potential debt which i have had and cleared and its just sitting there waiting for me to go and blow all my hard work and struggling out of the water so they have gone, gone gone no more plus i am i right in thinking that by getting rid of them my credit will increase - might of made that up.
Next i have a cc which i owe £19 to so i am going to pay this later today or maybe tomorrow and then close that one again its there just incase i need the money well if i do need it i will have to save like everyone else....
I tell you gonna be debt free.
this time next year my loan will expire so by then i want to have a little bit of my for me and all my debts gone! wish me look.
Keep up the good padding and thanks for listen and supporting through all the hard debt busting
Got to go......

Well done to you.
I wish I could be like that too. However, being self-employed, I do need some "spare" credit in case I get a big repair bill for my van (clutch recently cost me £600+). One day I will bew in a position to build up savings for such an eventuality but until then, I need that extra bit of "fool's gold" security.0 -
Morning All!
Great total for yesterday! Well done to all those who have cleared debts/making good progress!!
Got my car loan statement through...took a year to pay off the interest so will now start paying the loan
Sitting here in scabby old clothes and thinking to myself that I'd kill for a new pair of jeans and some new tops but I know I can't go shopping as I've got to save up for DD's birthday party...the things we do for the kids eh??
Anyway, my pad is another £7.00 please Jo!
Hope you all have a fab day! xStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

Morning all.
I wasn't very MSE over the weekend - I agreed to buy a mate's PS3 off him despite the fact I don't really need one...But it was cheap so am I forgiven?
Anyway back to the subject of the thread... £1,060 for me to wedding and house funds.
Also thinking of not being MSE over this coming weekend... I was driving past a bridal shop and saw 'my' dress in the window. In the sale... What to do???? I promised myself I wouldn't pay for any of the wedding on CC.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
£30 PAD today- thanks Jo

Forgiven!! In fact it will probably work out as very MSE in the long run! I debated not buying my Wii back in January but I reckon it has saved a fortune in not going out to the pub and staying in to play instead or or having mates round for Wii night and everyone brings their own booze....
WELL DONE everyone for the super weekend totals!
Today looks good already!
My Monday PADs are :
