    Hi

I'm new to the forum and I'm interested in trying your PaD challenge. I've read through quite a few posts but there are way too many to read them all so I wondered if I could just ask a few questions?

When you say that you have paid an amount e.g. £1.50 off a specific bill, does that mean that yo have put the money into a pot ready to save up enough to pay off bill, or does it mean that you have actually paid the money off the bill?

If you just save it up, do you just pay it off monthly? If you actually pay a bit each day, how do you do it?

Sorry if these sound like stupid questions but I want to be able to do it properly from the start.

    Cheers xxx
    Hello and welcome!

The joy of PAD is that there is no "right" way to do it :D

Some people pay change into a pot and pay it off a debt monthly (I would use this change to buy cake/milk/something so this doesn't work for me!)

I have my debts set up on online banking for the most part so when I say "£1 to Barclaycard" I have sent that money to that card.

It's up to you how you do it, the only rules we really have is that when you post your amount you do it in bold/colour so it's easier for the counter-upper to add up!

I've been up late discussing work issues with OH - I'm exhausted.
Now have to sort out the kids clothes and bags for school and nursery tomorrow (and my clothes) before I go to bed as I'll be leaving at 6.30am - yawn...
On a positive note though - have ironed "Mount Etna" - so very smug and pleased with myself as I HATE ironing!

I'll PAD now for Monday please Jo, £10 to OD

Have a good Monday all, mac x
