Sorry but not sure where you mean by right-hand pane - I've checked a couple of places but can't see anything.

Your current view should resemble this. The right-hand 'pane' is in effect the entire right side of the window.

Yes, the 3 options appear.

Good. At this point, you can either select Run and wait a few minutes for the package to download, or Save the package in a location of your choosing for later installation. Since this is a pretty big file, I suggest you opt for the latter:
