I would love to try it out, but alas, im benifiting from another orange pay as you go deal/error
Back in the day you could get "5 free texts a day" for a one off payment of £15, (at the time i signed up it was for ever, then it went to a year, and its meant to of expired :-/)
So when you apply for this, does it work? and does it apply a sim update thing via text, as i dont want to risk losing my 5 free texts a day :-(
Tenof26 i have the same glitch/error on my sim!I purchased Orange Out Here when it first came out when i was 16. I still have the same sim card and 5 free txts a day! Probably the best freebie ever!
But i am in the same position as you, i never take up any of the orange offers for fear of losing the Out Here Bonus!
If anyone has this and does try please let us know the outcome!:dance:0 -

Has anyone been on an offer and managed to keep it when doing this?
I have a good offer at the minute where i get free minutes, texts and GPRS already, so wouldn't want to risk losing that as i know you can only have one offer at a time?0 -
I have orange out here and have now had free gprs for 2 days.
The free texts still work.
Thanks to the OP0 -
I was reading on the orange site that if you have any offers if you phone your balance (453 i think) it tells you when they expire.
So can anyone who has done this do that, and see if it mentions anything about this?
Also i was reading that if you top up over £10 you get 1mb per month free the following month.
So has anyone done this, and by chance is it overlapping? or has anyone had this free deal for over a month, to prove its not just chance?
[STRIKE]and again, has anyone done this on a deal, to see if they lose it? :-S[/STRIKE]
(sorry for all the questions, just im paranoid)0 -

Well
ive finally bit the bullet and done this.
It starts off, by getting a text welcoming you to "Orange World Access 1 @ £1 a day"
and annouces it will commence in an hour.
I've been billed a pound, heres to hoping thats all i will be billed.
Sent a test text to myself, and didnt get billed, so it looks like as alex250 says, orange out here still works :-D
Will post updates to let people know :-)0 -
an hour after signing up, ive got a text (again) saying
"Your 1 pound Orange World Access has now started, giving me unlimited browsing till midnight tonight"
Good news is, unlimited = no 1mb cut off (hopefully)
Worrying News = if it doesnt work, i only have untill midnight, stupid if you sign up at 10:59, and it takes an hour to work :-/0 -
