Abbey Bank hardship help pls

Good Evening all
Abbey have agreed we are in financial hardship they refunded us less than 1 charge £24.25 which took the account balance to zero.What should we do next we have priority arrears on mortgage £6k gas £500 elec £240 Water £450
£1.2k council tax they are aware of these debts. Bank charges total nearly 2k where do we go from here?

Are any of the priority debt arrears being paid off or part of a payment plan?

still have account but wages go into different bank account A & L (same company now they also agreed hardship and refunded most of charges)
paying a little off extra each month
on a debt management plan for unsecured debts

hi it (980)was used paying mortgage for 2 months whilst out of work but not enough to pay arrears0

hi yes we did get charges whilst i was unemployed from both abbey and alliance & leics.
mortgage with northern rock and also got charges on the mortgage (55 a month)was unemployed for 9 months0 -
did the mortgage go out of the Abbey account? (as you can tell a long week is catching up on me and I called them Nationwidehi yes we did get charges whilst i was unemployed from both abbey and alliance & leics.

mortgage was out off a&l but gas and electric etc did come out offabbey so charges resulted in non payment off dd for these bills.0

my wifes salary went into abbey
and we sent abbey income and expenditure0
