I had a similar experience with a Boots Advantage point voucher.
Got one for a third of any shower gel (excluding baby products )
So I head to the shower gel section (and being male) choose a Adidas shower gel. Get to the till and the voucher is refused because it was classed. as men's not shower gel. Called the supervisor/manager and asked how I was supposed to know that a shower gel from the shower gel section is not included in the third off any shower gel (except baby products) voucher?
Manager said she would do it for me THIS TIME (as though I was at fault!)
I've not bothered with Boots since then.0 -

I have been told
Yoghurt is not a dairy product. The sales assistant seemed to genuinely believe this too. ive always assumed yogurt is a dairy product hence my understanding whats used to make it
Ice is not a frozen product. Again I asked why not and was told its not food???? i always thought ice was a frozen food item as its frozen, ok so its not a food but what else is it called.
An olive ciabatta is not a bakery product. if it isnt a bakery item then what is it(i take it its a ciabatta thats bought into store), when they say bakery do they mean from the instore bakery
I have complained and been given the points for these.
